Learn the Magical Art of Belly Dance!

belly dancing teacherBelly Dance is one of the oldest art forms. It originated in the Middle East, Ancient Greece, India and Africa and evolved from rituals of birth and fertility. In the harem it was used for pre-natal and post natal purposes celebrating birth. It is a tremendous form of exercise, working 600 muscles in the body. It is also a vehicle through which many women find and feel a great sense of personal empowerment. Belly Dance exudes the femininity in a woman opening up like a lotus flower, bringing out the Goddess that is within all women. Belly Dance not only provides personal pleasure but also raises self esteem and builds confidence, adding a new zest for life.

The most wonderful aspect of Belly Dance is that there is no barrier to age, size or nationality - it teaches you to love and accept who you are.
